I’m working to bring back Aloha Friday in a big way, but I’m too impatient to wait four days to share this drink from Kane Tiki Bar.
This delicious sounding cocktail found it’s way to the Boozist desk under the pretense of National Rum Day on August 16th. And while I’ll probably cave and post something for that fake holiday, the Turtle Season “Lights Out” needed to be shared immediately. I’m slightly confused by their use of quotation marks, but I’m completely confident that the drink tastes like liquid pleasure.
The recipe comes from Juan Benito at the Kane Tiki Bar and Grill. If I ever find myself at the Marriott on Marcos Island, that will definitely be my home for several hours. Who needs golf when you’ve got cocktails?
