My obvious concern was that this highly touted “Bloody Mary Reduction” was simply Bloody Mary mix simmered on the stove for awhile. That sounds about as interesting as ketchup. Turns out, noooope; it’s the real deal. They were even foolish enough to give up the recipe if you want fail at making it for yourself.

Bloody Mary Reduction
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Disclaimer: This Bloody Mary Burger doesn’t actually have any booze in it, so you should probably order a real Bloody Mary as well.
